About the Book
IsiZulu translation from English. This Is Our Home is a children’s book aimed at children aged 4-10 years old. It is a story about a young boy called Tebogo who learns to read and write at his local community centre.
About the Author
Esther Antonima is an activist based in Johannesburg. As a child, Antonima listened to her mother’s stories about faraway lands and people. This is why Antonima believes that reading creates love and compassion for the self and the other, and that active readers make the world better for all.
